A PRINCE2 (Foundation) and ITIL (Foundation) qualified Technical Analyst/Architect working in a multidisciplinary, multivendor environment to deliver transformational IT and business solutions to reduce overheads, minimize backoffice costs and improve front-line services to customers.

Formerly an Oracle DBA and UNIX systems administrator, mostly supporting and providing technical skills input to development projects, also providing third line support to operational systems when other support teams were unable to resolve problems.   • Installed, configured and supported Oracle databases (versions 7.3.4 to 10g Release 2) on Sun Solaris, Linux and Windows NT/2000. Designed and specified hardware infrastructure for corporate projects including public facing document management and publication system (ADMES) and corporate intranet (Inline).
  • Selected and attended appropriate conferences, user group meetings and trade exhibitions to gather knowledge and gain skills in relevant areas.
